"I ordered 20mm watch band with Brass, and when it shipped out of Idaho, it for some reason got sent overseas to Singapore (thanks Fedex)??? I reached out to the customer service because I assumed there was no way I'd ever see the package and they immediately sent me another watch band, and it showed up overnight (I'm in Montana) which was fantastic of them to take such great care of me.
