A product made of shell cordovan will last multiple lifetimes. The best part of using shell cordovan in a wallet or watch strap is the natural rubbing a wear placed on the shell which starts developing an amazing patina that develops with each use. It is similar to having a fine wine that you can drink every day and keeps getting better. - Nick Horween, All About Shell Cordovan

A minimal card wallet in the world famous luxury Horween Shell Cordovan leather allowing for your indispensable cards plus some cash. This unisex leather wallet is perfect for the men who want to reduce pocket bulk, or for the gals who would like to leave the purse at home and carry out only the necessities.
This design uses a single piece of leather wrapped around itself, with only the needed stitching, to complete a beautiful minimalist design. Pack your main cards in an outside pocket, your cash in the short pocket, and the lesser used cards inside the center port. Or if you carry more bills than most, you can use the center port to store all your bills, and the outside ports for your cards.
The Port Wallet fits comfortably in the front or rear pant pockets as well as in the palm of your hand. Carrying one of these wallets for a week will have you wondering why you carried all that other stuff around in a bulky uncomfortable wallet all these years. This Port Wallet is cut and saddle stitched by hand in North Idaho using world famous leather from one of America's oldest tanneries in Chicago. This wallet will age nicely as it breaks in and forms to your wallet contents.
Comparison of New and Worn Reversed Shell Cordovan
Horween Shell Cordovan Leather
Genuine Shell Cordovan is the art of tanning at its finest. More than just a color, it is a very specific leather, from a particular part of a horsehide. The irregular oval shaped shells are tanned, stuffed, shaved, and then polished – a process taking at least six months. Each shell is slowly steeped in gentle vegetable liquors. The shells are genuine hot stuffed then slicked onto glass frames to dry. Each shell is hand curried and shaved by highly skilled artisans to expose the shell. Dyes are hand rubbed on for a deep aniline finish. Finally, the shells are hand glazed to achieve the rich, glossy look and feel prized by fine craftsmen.
